Description
Knowledge management (KM) is concerned with the effective deployment of
organizational practices, processes, and technology to
create wealth from an organization’s intangible assets such as knowledge,
skills, expertise and capabilities. The focus of this track is on the
creation, capture, transfer and utilization of such knowledge capital at the
individual, group, organizational and societal levels. We welcome papers
related to the management of knowledge in organizations and the enabling
role of information systems.
