Registration for the conference, plus all AIS SIG and ancillary meetings, is being handled by a single registration process. A separate registration fee applies for the conference and for each AIS SIG and ancillary meeting for which you register, but you can register for all events on a single registration form.

To register for the conference and ancillary events, go to: ICIS 2006 Registration.   Current AIS members, the online registration system verifies your AIS membership status.  Non AIS or renewing members, the membership fee is included in your registration.

To register for SIG and Ancillary meetings only, go to: ICIS 2006 Ancillary Meetings Registration.  In order to attend a SIG meeting, you must be a member of the hosting SIG and AIS as of December 13, 2006.

Alternatively, you can download a registration form and upon completing, you can print and fax or mail to AIS for processing. The registration form is available in WORD format that allows you to type your information directly on the form.

In addition to registering to attend the conference, you should also separately reserve a hotel room.  The conference will be held in the Midwest Airlines Center in downtown Milwaukee.  ICIS 2006 has arranged for discounted room rates at the following hotels:  Hilton Milwaukee City Center, Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, and the Holiday Inn Milwaukee City Centre.  To make a hotel reservation, click here.

All fees are in US Dollars.  Membership dues are included in conference fees for those who are not already AIS members.

Conference Registration includes attendance at all conference sessions and exhibits; continental breakfasts, conference lunches, and refreshment breaks; the Welcome Reception on Sunday; and social event on Tuesday.  Conference registration does not include Special Interest Group (SIG) or ancillary meetings. Tickets for guests are available at additional cost.

SIG and Ancillary Meeting Registration includes attendance at each workshop for which you register.  Please note, there is a separate fee for each event and SIG membership is mandatory to attend SIG meetings.  Registration for the ancillary meetings does not require ICIS attendance.    

Conference Proceedings are available for purchase at an additional cost of $15 in advance or $25 on site.  This CD contains all the papers presented during the conference.  Place your order when you register, the CD will be made available to you at the conference. 

Cancellation Policy: Request for refund or cancellation must be in writing via email, fax or mail and are subject to the following schedule: received by October 13, full refund less $25 administrative fee; received by November 27, full refund less $50 administrative fee; cancellations received by the AIS headquarters on November 28, or later will not be accepted and the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee structure on this form.  Registered participants who fail to attend or notify the AIS Membership Coordinator at membership@aisnet.org of cancellation by the November 28 are subject to the full fee.
