ICIS 2006 will provide a
large placement area which will feature both private placement booths as
well as public placement tables. Placement will take place in room 101
of the Midwest Airlines Center, and will be open the following hours:
- Sunday - December 10 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Monday - December 11 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Tuesday - December 12 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Wednesday - December 13 from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm
ICIS 2006 discourages the use of hotel
rooms and lobbies for conducting placement interviews. All
applicants and recruiters need to register with the AIS placement
service to use the ICIS placement area. The current fees for
registration are as follows:
- USD$75 Applicants for Non-AIS Members;
No charge for AIS Members
- USD$250 Universities for Non-AIS
Institutional Members; No charge for AIS Institutional Members
- USD$50 Individuals or University
representatives (browsing only) for Non-AIS Members; No charge for AIS
Members
- USD$1000 Corporate/Private

Public Placement Area
Use of the public placement area is free
to all registered recruiters. Recruiters should simply identify
themselves at the recruitment center, they will then be provided with a
placard identifying their organization which they can place on their
table.
Private Placement Booths
A limited number of private placement
booths (four curtain walls) will be available at ICIS 2006 for
registered recruiters. The cost of the private booths for
Non-AIS Institutional members is USA$250 and the booths are free for AIS
Institutional members and ICIS sponsors. To register for a private
