The
International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) will be held in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Midwest Airlines Centerfrom
December 10-13, 2006.
ICIS
is the most prestigious gathering of IS academics and research-oriented
practitioners in the world. The expected attendance will be 1200+ people.
ICIS convenes annually to present scientific papers and to examine the
constantly changing field of information systems theory and practice.
These meetings present a unique opportunity to exhibit to one of the most

As an
exhibitor your company will receive the following:
Rental of the booth space (10' X 10') for entire conference exhibit

Conference Program
Advertising Space
A
program is produced for each participant attending the conference and your
company can place advertisements in that program. In addition, each
participant receives a packet of information upon checking in and
your company can have an information sheet inserted into that packet.
The costs (in U.S. Dollars) for these options are:
Full page - Inside cover (1 available) - $1000
Full Page - $750
Half Page - $500
Insertion - Cost is $1.00 per inserted sheet per packet (minimum $1000).
The expected attendance is 1200-1300.

Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitors who have registered in advance for ICIS 2006 using the
Exhibitor Contract may pick up their badges and convention materials at
the registration desk. Each exhibiting firm will receive two conference
registrations. Additional registration credentials may be purchased at the
conference registration rate. For details please go the Registration area

Assignment of Space
Assignment of booth space will be made on a first-come first-served basis,
according to the date of postmark of the application for exhibit space.
We encourage you to return your application with the appropriate deposit
as soon as possible.
Use of Space
Reassignment, subletting, or sharing any part of allotted space is
prohibited, except for special written requests that are approved in
advance. Solicitations and distribution of printed advertising must be
confined to booth space only. Operation of objectionable sound devices
will not be allowed. Aisles must be kept clear. Exhibit management
reserves the right to transfer booth locations in order to solve
competitive conditions, avoid similarity of firm names and products, or to
effect a more uniform distribution of space. No transfer will be made
without written notice and the consent of the affected.
Setup Time
The
Exhibit Area will be ready for setup starting Sunday, December 10, from
6:00 AM through 1:00 PM. The exhibit area will be open to conference
attendees and ancillary groups starting Sunday at 3:00 PM.
Dismantling
Exhibits (the physical booth) may not be dismantled or removed before
12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 13, 2006. All materials must be cleared from
the exhibit area by 5:00 PM Wednesday, December 13. It is the Exhibitors'
responsibility to pack and remove all items of value prior to leaving
their exhibit unattended. Arrangements for shipping of materials to points
of origin can be handled by __________________ and are the responsibility
of the exhibitor.
Security
The
exhibit hall will be locked after hours (7PM – 7AM) and will be manned by
a dedicated security guard during this time. Exhibitors are asked to keep
an attendant in the booth during the hours the exhibit is open. ICIS 2006
is not responsible for any loss incurred.
Cautions
Exhibitors must use materials that will pass fire inspection. Drapes and
curtains must be flame resistant. Volatile liquids, gases, or combustible
substances may not be present. All electrical work must be done by Midwest
Airlines Center to insure compliance with local regulations. No monetary
transactions are allowed. Any need for cash transactions should be
handled by the AIS Registration desk.
Cancellations
Exhibit space that has been assigned and confirmed may be canceled without
penalty until November 15, 2006. A 50% cancellation fee will be assessed
if cancellation is received November 16, 2006, or later. Cancellations must
be made in writing to the AIS Office in Atlanta. If the exhibit is
canceled by ICIS 2006, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
Confirmations
Upon
receipt of the application, the exhibitor will receive an immediate
confirmation letter. Approximately one month prior to the conference, you
will receive the tentative booth assignment. It is advisable to refrain
from printing booth numbers on promotional materials in case of possible
reassignment. A full exhibitor kit will also be mailed by
_____________ to the registrant indicated.
